8 oz ramen or rice noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsp chili paste (like Sambal Oelek)
2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 large eggs, beaten
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Cook noodles per package instructions, drain, set aside.
2. Mix chili paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
3. Heat oil, sauté garlic, scramble eggs.
4. Combine noodles, garlic, eggs, and sauce. Garnish and serve.
