Dill Pickle Grilled Cheese

Description

For the Goat Cheese Whip:
8 oz goat cheese, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon lemon zest
¼ teaspoon salt
For Topping:
¼ cup fig jam
¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Drizzle of honey
For Serving:
Crostini, crackers, or fresh baguette slices
Directions:
In a food processor, blend goat cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, honey, lemon zest, and salt until smooth and fluffy.
Transfer the whipped cheese mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top.
Spoon the fig jam over the goat cheese whip, spreading gently.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds and fresh thyme leaves, then drizzle with honey.
Serve immediately with crostini, crackers, or baguette slices.
