Denver Egg Casserole

Ingredients

10 large eggs
1 cup diced ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in diced ham, cheddar cheese, green and red bell peppers, and onion until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are golden.

Cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
