This tangy and creamy Crockpot Angel Chicken is perfect for those who love a hint of citrus in their meals. With a zesty twist, this dish will wow your taste buds!

Ingredients:

1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
3 cloves garlic, chopped
10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
¾ cup chicken stock
4 ounces cream cheese
¼ cup butter
0.6 ounces Italian dressing mix
1 pound angel hair pasta
Juice of half a lemon (optional)

Instructions:

Spray the crockpot with cooking spray.
Place the chicken and garlic in the crockpot.
Microwave the butter and cream cheese until softened and whisk until smooth.
Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken stock, Italian dressing mix, and lemon juice, then whisk.
Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Shred the chicken 30 minutes before serving, then cook the pasta.
Serve the shredded chicken and sauce over pasta.
