Crispy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup breadcrumbs (Panko works best)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, making sure they’re evenly coated.
Make the Coating: In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat and Bake: Toss the cauliflower in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast: Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
