Crispy Herb and Cranberry Stuffing Balls

Ingredients:

4 cups leftover stuffing

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp rosemary, chopped

1 egg, beaten

Olive oil spray for baking

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, dried cranberries, parsley, rosemary, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.

3. Form Balls:

Using your hands, form the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake:

Lightly spray the stuffing balls with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

5. Serve:

Garnish with additional fresh rosemary
and serve as a festive appetizer or side dish!
