Crispy Fried Mac & Cheese Balls

These Crispy Fried Mac & Cheese Balls are golden, crunchy on the outside, and oozing with creamy, cheesy goodness on the inside. Perfect as a party appetizer, snack, or indulgent treat!

Ingredients:
For the Mac & Cheese:
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup mozzarella cheese (for extra gooeyness)

½ cup heavy cream or milk

2 tablespoons butter

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

For the Coating:
1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten

1 ½ cups seasoned breadcrumbs

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon paprika

Oil for frying

For Serving:
Marinara sauce

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
Make the Mac & Cheese:

In a saucepan, melt butter and add heavy cream. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until smooth.
Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Mix in cooked macaroni and let cool.
Form the Balls:

Once the mac & cheese is cooled, scoop out portions and roll them into balls.
Place on a baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
Coat the Balls:

Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan and paprika.
Repeat for extra crispiness!
Fry to Perfection:

Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the balls in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Drain on paper towels.
