Crispy Fried Cheese Balls
Ingredients:
2 cups mozzarella cheese (cut into small cubes)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2. Coat each mozzarella cube in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and roll it in the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly. Repeat for a thicker crust.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the cheese balls in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
5. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
