Ingredients

For the Chicken:
2 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika
Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
2 Eggs (beaten)
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
Olive Oil (for frying)
For the Creamy Pasta:
8 oz Penne Pasta
2 tbsp Butter
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
Fresh Parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure an even coating.
Fry the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside to rest.
Cook the Pasta:
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet you used to fry the chicken, melt butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Dish:
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the creamy sauce and toss to coat. Slice the crispy chicken breasts into strips and place them on top of the creamy pasta.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for a fresh touch and serve immediately with a side of garlic bread or vegetables!
