Crispy Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken:
2 chicken breasts, pounded thin
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Pasta:
300g fettuccine pasta
Water for boiling

Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Dredge each breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat in a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side. Set aside.
3. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and the sauce thickens.
Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
4. Combine and Serve:
Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce.
Serve the pasta on a plate, top with the crispy chicken, and drizzle extra sauce over the chicken.
Garnish with chopped chives or parsley.
