Crispy Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 egg, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

2 tbsp olive oil

For the Alfredo Sauce:

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

For the Pasta:

250g fettuccine pasta, cooked

1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness. In separate bowls, prepare flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove, let rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.

For the sauce, melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, stir, then add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes until thickened.

Toss cooked fettuccine pasta in the Alfredo sauce. Serve topped with crispy chicken and garnish with chives. Enjoy!
