Crispy Chicken Alfredo Pasta

“Golden crispy chicken served over a bed of creamy fettuccine Alfredo—this dish is the ultimate comfort food!

Ingredients

For the Crispy Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 egg

1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko recommended)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp Italian seasoning

For the Pasta:
8 oz fettuccine pasta

Instructions

Cook the Pasta:

Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Crispy Chicken:

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Remove and let rest before slicing.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a light simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Let it thicken for a few minutes.
Assemble & Serve:

Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce.
Plate the pasta and top with crispy sliced chicken.
Garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley.
