Crispy Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

For the chicken:

2 chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Oil for frying
For the pasta:

12 oz fettuccine

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

For garnish:

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:

Boil the fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Chicken:

Season chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden and cooked through (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Dish:

Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce. Slice the crispy chicken and place on top of the pasta.
Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
