Crispy Chicken Alfredo
This crispy chicken alfredo is a creamy, flavorful dish featuring golden-brown breaded chicken served over a bed of rich, creamy fettuccine alfredo. A perfect meal to indulge in!
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 lb fettuccine pasta
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge them in flour, dip into beaten egg, and coat with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Fry the chicken: Heat a pan with some oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Set aside to rest before slicing.
Cook the pasta: In a pot, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Alfredo sauce: In the same pan used for the chicken, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the heavy cream and milk, bringing it to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce thicken for about 3-5 minutes.
Assemble the dish: Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
Serve: Slice the crispy chicken and arrange it on top of the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese.
This crispy chicken alfredo is a comforting dish that combines crispy, tender chicken with a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce. Perfect for a delicious dinner!
