2 cans (14 oz) chopped tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp sugar
1/3 cup white wine (optional)
1 cup cream
2 tsp dried Italian herbs
4 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
Salt and pepper
17 oz pasta of your choice

Directions:
1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomato paste, sugar, and white wine; let reduce.
2. Stir in tomatoes, cream, and herbs. Simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Cook pasta, mix with sauce, and serve topped with Parmesan.
