1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions:
Make the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken or turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1-inch in diameter).
