2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese

12 oz (340g) cheese tortellini
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Cook the Tortellini
:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Sauté the Shrimp
