Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:
For the Pasta

300g fettuccine pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

For the Shrimp

12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Sauce

2 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup tomato paste

1 tsp smoked paprika

For Garnish

Fresh parsley, chopped

Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions:
Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Sauté the Shrimp

Season shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and set aside.
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and tomato paste. Add smoked paprika and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
Combine Pasta & Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it in the creamy Alfredo sauce. Return shrimp to the skillet and mix gently.
Garnish & Serve

Plate the pasta and top with fresh parsley and black pepper. Serve warm and enjoy this creamy, flavorful delight!
