Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Lasagna
Ingredients

For the Alfredo Sauce:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Lasagna:
9 lasagna sheets, cooked
2 cups cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley for garnish

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
Assemble the Lasagna:
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Lay 3 lasagna sheets on top, followed by a layer of ricotta cheese, shrimp, and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
Add a layer of Alfredo sauce and repeat the layers (lasagna sheets, ricotta, shrimp, mozzarella, and sauce) until all ingredients are used, ending with a generous topping of mozzarella and Alfredo sauce.
Bake:
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serve and Garnish:
Let the lasagna cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
