Creamy Seafood Lasagna

Take your lasagna game to the next level with this rich, creamy, and cheesy seafood lasagna! Layered with tender shrimp, crab meat, a luscious white sauce, and gooey melted cheese, this dish is pure comfort food perfection!

Ingredients
For the White Sauce:
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for a little kick)
For the Seafood & Layers:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
½ lb lump crab meat (or substitute with lobster)
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the White Sauce
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Slowly pour in heavy cream, whisking constantly.
Stir in parmesan cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Cook until the sauce thickens (about 5 minutes), then remove from heat.

Step 2: Cook the Seafood
In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, just until pink.
Stir in crab meat, then remove from heat.

Step 3: Assemble the Lasagna
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and parsley.
Spread a layer of white sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer cooked lasagna noodles on top.
Spread ricotta mixture, followed by shrimp and crab, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layers, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan on top.

Step 4: Bake & Serve
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve!

Pro Tips:
Want extra seafood? Add lobster chunks or scallops for even more decadence!
Make it ahead! This lasagna can be assembled a day in advance and baked fresh.
Pair it with a crisp white wine like Chardonnay for the perfect meal!
