Creamy Salmon & Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients:
For the Salmon and Shrimp:

2 salmon fillets

10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Alfredo Sauce:

2 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta:

300g fettuccine pasta

For Garnish:

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
Cook the Salmon and Shrimp

Season salmon fillets and shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Pasta

Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer gently for 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Combine & Serve

Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until well coated. Plate the pasta and top with the salmon fillet and shrimp.
Garnish & Enjoy

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
