Creamy Parmesan Pasta with Juicy Meatballs

“Indulge in this rich, creamy Parmesan pasta with juicy homemade meatballs—comfort food at its finest!

Ingredients

For the Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

For the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Pasta:
8 oz pasta (rigatoni, penne, or your choice)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta:

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Meatballs:

In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Form into small meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook meatballs until browned and fully cooked, about 10 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Prepare the Creamy Sauce:

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
Pour in heavy cream and stir. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Let the sauce thicken for 2-3 minutes.
Assemble & Serve:

Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, ensuring it’s well coated.
Top with the juicy meatballs.
Garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley.
