Creamy One-Pot Veggie Pasta with Ham

Ingredients

12 oz (340g) farfalle (bowtie pasta)
2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup diced carrots
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions

Sauté veggies and ham: In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced ham, peas, and carrots. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Make the sauce: Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk, creating a creamy base.
Cook the pasta: Add the uncooked farfalle pasta to the pot. Stir and let it simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender.
Add cheese and season: Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish and serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve hot!
