Recipes:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 tablespoon butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown. Remove
from the skillet and set aside to rest.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes. Continue to simmer,
stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes).
While the sauce is simmering, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Slice the cooked chicken into strips and add it to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss the pasta into the sauce and combine until well coated.
Serve the Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
