Creamy Lemon Dill Salmon

“Tender, flaky salmon fillets smothered in a rich and zesty lemon dill cream sauce—a restaurant-quality dish made at home!”

Ingredients:
3 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Salmon:

Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the Cream Sauce:

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir to combine and let simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add Dill and Salmon:

Stir in the fresh dill and red pepper flakes (if using). Return the salmon fillets to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Cook for 2-3 minutes to warm through.
Serve and Garnish:

Plate the salmon and drizzle with the creamy lemon dill sauce. Garnish with lemon slices and additional dill for a vibrant finish.
