Creamy Garlic Steak Pasta

This Creamy Garlic Steak Pasta is the ultimate comfort meal, combining tender slices of juicy steak with creamy, garlicky pasta. It’s a restaurant-quality dish that’s easy to make at home and perfect for a special dinner or a cozy night in!

Ingredients
:
For the steak:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 6 oz each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the pasta:

12 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

For garnish:

Fresh parsley, chopped

Extra grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
:
Cook the steak:

Season the steaks with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preferred doneness. Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Cook the pasta:

Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

Make the creamy garlic sauce:

In the same skillet used for the steak, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. Add nutmeg for a subtle depth of flavor, if desired.

Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
Assemble and serve:

Plate the creamy pasta and top with slices of steak. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.

This Creamy Garlic Steak Pasta is a rich, flavorful dish that’s both elegant and satisfying. Serve it with garlic bread and a crisp salad for a complete meal. Enjoy!
