This creamy garlic Parmesan chicken served over a bed of pasta is a comforting and indulgent dinner. With golden seared chicken and a rich, flavorful sauce, it’s perfect for weeknights or special occasions!

Ingredients

For the Chicken:
2 large chicken breasts (cut in half lengthwise)

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Sauce:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Pasta:
300g spaghetti or fettuccine

Water and salt for boiling
Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken:
In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, coating evenly. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine and Serve:
