Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
12 oz penne pasta
2 chicken breasts, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Cook penne pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chicken, and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until sauce thickens. Toss in cooked pasta, mix well, then top with sliced chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
