Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)

8 oz spaghetti

2 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
Prepare the Pasta:

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, and sear until golden brown on both sides. Ensure the chicken is fully cooked through. Set aside.
Make the Sauce:

In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until aromatic.
Pour in the heavy cream and simmer gently.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Combine:

Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce until fully coated.
Place the chicken thighs on top.
Serve & Garnish:

Sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish for a fresh touch.
