Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
200g spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. Cook the Pasta:
Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
3. Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the heavy cream and stir. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and reserved pasta water. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper.
4. Combine:
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the creamy sauce.
Place the cooked chicken on top.
5. Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
