Ingredients

For the Chicken:
2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp dried Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Pasta:
12 oz (340g) penne pasta
Salt for boiling water
Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
:
Cook the Pasta
:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken
:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.
Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce
:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
