Creamy Corn Casserole
This easy, creamy corn casserole is a perfect side dish with a soft, custardy texture and a touch of sweetness. Ideal for holiday dinners or weeknight meals!
Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, and Jiffy corn muffin mix. Stir until well blended. If adding cheese, mix it in at this stage.
Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
Bake: Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown around the edges and set in the center.
Cool Slightly: Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy the creamy, delicious texture!
