Creamy Chicken Bacon Pasta
Ingredients:
250g rotini pasta
2 chicken breasts, diced
4 slices crispy bacon, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside. In a pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add diced chicken, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook until chicken is golden. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan. Let simmer for 2 minutes, then add cooked pasta and bacon. Mix well and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
