Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed

12 ounces fettuccine or tagliatelle pasta

1 cup frozen peas

1 cup sliced carrots

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Add the peas and carrots to the boiling pasta water for the last 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

4. Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well.

5. Toss the cooked pasta and vegetables with the creamy chicken sauce until evenly coated.
