1 tbsp olive oil

12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese

For the Pasta:
12 oz (340g) spaghetti or fettuccine
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Cook the Pasta
:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken
:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove, slice, and set aside.
Sauté the Shrimp
