Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta
Ingredients:
12 oz rigatoni or penne pasta
2 chicken breasts, diced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.4. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.5. Add broccoli florets and let them cook for 3 minutes until slightly tender.6. Return the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until well coated in the sauce.7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
