Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
200g spaghetti
2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken strips with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
3. Prepare the Sauce:
In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
4. Combine:
Add cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
5. Serve:
Transfer to a plate, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
