12 oz Italian sausage, casings removed
1 tbsp olive oil
10 oz potato gnocchi
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup butternut squash puree
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh sage
2 tbsp fresh thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook sausage in skillet with olive oil for 6 mins.
2. Add gnocchi, cream, broth; cook for 5 mins.
3. Stir in squash puree, garlic; simmer.
4. Add herbs, season, serve.
