Creamy Beef Rigatoni Recipe

Ingredients:

400g rigatoni pasta

300g ground beef

2 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup tomato sauce

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta: Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Sauté the Onion and Garlic: Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

3. Cook the Beef: Add ground beef to the pan, season with paprika, salt, and black pepper, and cook until browned.

4. Prepare the Sauce: Stir in tomato sauce and heavy cream, letting it simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.

5. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss the cooked rigatoni into the creamy beef sauce, ensuring every piece is coated.

6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy warm!
