Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

16 large white mushrooms (stems removed)
8 oz lump crab meat (drained)
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (Panko preferred)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon melted butter (for topping)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté garlic in a small pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
Top with breadcrumbs and drizzle melted butter over the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Garnish with extra parsley and serve warm with lemon wedges.
