4 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine (optional)
3 large carrots, peeled and sliced
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 large onion, diced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup green beans, trimmed
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Meat:
Season the beef chunks with salt, black pepper, and flour. Toss to coat evenly.
2. Sear the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add the beef chunks and sear on all sides until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the Vegetables:
In the same pot, add onions and celery. Sauté until softened.
Stir in the garlic powder, thyme, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the tomato paste and mix well.
Pour in the beef broth and red wine, if using. Stir to combine.
