Cinnamon Roll-Ups with Cream Cheese Glaze

Ingredients:
8 slices white bread (crust removed), 4 tbsp butter (melted), 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 120g cream cheese (softened), 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract

Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.

2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

3. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on each bread slice, then roll tightly.

4. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.

5. Brush each roll with melted butter and coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

6. Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

7. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm roll-ups. Serve immediately.
