Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
For the crust:
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the cheesecake filling:
• 24 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup sour cream
For the cinnamon rolls:
• 1 tube pre-made cinnamon rolls (store-bought or homemade)
For the glaze:
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a springform pan.
2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Pour over the crust.
4. Arrange the cinnamon rolls on top of the cheesecake batter, slightly pressing them in.
5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the cinnamon rolls are golden.
6. Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
7. Mix powdered sugar and milk to create the glaze and drizzle over the cheesecake before serving.
