Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup heavy cream
Cinnamon Roll Topping:
8 cinnamon rolls (pre-made or homemade)
½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan. Chill while making the filling.
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and heavy cream. Pour the filling over the crust.
4. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool for 1 hour at room temperature, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
5. Bake cinnamon rolls according to package instructions and let cool. Arrange them on top of the chilled cheesecake.
6. Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the cinnamon rolls and cheesecake.
7. Slice and serve this indulgent dessert. Enjoy!
