2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra spice)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lime, juiced (plus extra wedges for garnish)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions

Prep the Shrimp:
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with chili powder, paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper.

Cook the Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Sear the Shrimp:
Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and slightly caramelized.

Add Lime Juice:
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the shrimp while they’re still in the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.

Finish with Cilantro:
Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the shrimp and remove the skillet from the heat.
