Cilantro Lime Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders or chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cilantro Lime Sauce:

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken strips and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through and lightly charred.
Make the Sauce: While the chicken is grilling, blend or whisk together cilantro, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Adjust consistency with a splash of water if needed.
Serve the grilled chicken with the cilantro lime sauce on the side, garnished with fresh lime wedges and extra cilantro.
