Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
300g spaghetti

2 tablespoons fresh parsley
(chopped)
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Top with Sauce and Cheese:
Preheat your oven broiler. Place the seared chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Top each with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Combine and Garnish:
Toss the cooked spaghetti with the remaining marinara sauce and divide it onto plates. Place the chicken on top of the pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.
