Chicken and Broccoli Pasta
Ingredients:
2 cups rigatoni pasta
2 cups broccoli florets
2 chicken breasts, cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Steam the broccoli florets for 4-5 minutes until tender. Set aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let it melt into a creamy sauce.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add the cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken back into the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly with the sauce.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
