2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter
12 oz fettuccine pasta
Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in oil until golden brown. Slice.
2. Add garlic to skillet; cook 1 min.
3. Add cream, butter, and Parmesan. Whisk until creamy.
4. Cook fettuccine, drain, and combine with sauce and chicken.
5. Garnish and serve.
