Cherry Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 package (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 cup cherry pie filling
Whipped cream and fresh cherries for garnish
Instructions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a lined 8×8-inch pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream. Spread over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Spread cherry pie filling over the cheesecake layer. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh cherries. Slice and serve chilled.
